Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of roundlyhq.com and Roundly's services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Roundly is
Roundly provides educational interview-preparation content and mock-interview practice for nurses, including specialty-specific panel scenarios and feedback. The Service is an educational tool to help you prepare.
2. Not professional advice; no affiliation; no guarantee of employment
- The Service provides interview preparation only. It is not medical, legal, clinical, or career advice, and must not be relied on as such or used to make patient-care decisions.
- Roundly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCLEX®, NCSBN, any hospital, health system, university, or employer. Names of employers or programs are used only to describe the interviews you may be preparing for.
- We do not guarantee that you will receive a job, interview, or any particular outcome. Any satisfaction or money-back guarantee we offer applies only on the specific terms stated where that offer is presented.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Payments, subscriptions & refunds
Where paid plans are offered, prices and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase. You can cancel as described at checkout; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access through the paid period. Any money-back guarantee applies only if you meet the conditions stated with that offer.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or bulk-copying content, reselling or redistributing our materials, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its content (text, design, logos, illustrations, and software) are owned by Roundly or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own interview preparation. The "Roundly" name and logo are our trademarks.
7. Your content
If you submit content (for example, practice answers), you keep your rights to it and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roundly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which Roundly operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Specific governing law and venue will be finalized as Roundly's legal entity is established.)
